01 - SITE PREP
Excavation, Fill & Elevated Pads
Engineered building pads raised on imported, compacted fill, foundation excavation, driveway construction, and finish grading that sheds water by design. Whether you're rebuilding in town or starting fresh on higher ground, the pad under your project is the part you only want to pay for once.
02 - INFRASTRUCTURE
Septic Evaluation & Installation
High water is hard on onsite systems: silted tanks, saturated fields, lines that never recovered. We evaluate what a Sumas system actually needs, repair what's repairable, and install complete new gravity, mound, and pressure systems through Whatcom County permitting, OSCAR certified throughout.
03 - STRUCTURE REMOVAL
Demolition & Structure Removal
Some buildings made it through and some didn't, and holding onto the ones that didn't just delays the rebuild. We permit, tear down, and haul off houses, garages, and outbuildings past the point of repair, leaving a clean, buildable footprint behind.
05 - TURNKEY SETUP
Manufactured Home Installation
For many Sumas families, a manufactured home on a properly elevated pad is the fastest sound route back to home ownership. We're licensed installers who build the raised site, run the utilities, handle septic where needed, and set the home to county and manufacturer spec, all on one contract.
